Qualifications
- Active New Jersey RN license required.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Weekend shifts available across all schedules.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate resident care during assigned weekend shifts.
- Supervise nursing staff and provide guidance and clinical support.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Provide hands-on nursing care as needed to support residents and staff.
