You will supervise, coordinate medications, and implement care plans while maintaining meticulous documentation and effective communication with physicians and families.

The role requires a Texas-licensed RN with strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills to manage urgent situations and ensure safe, compliant care across weekends.

Qualifications

• RN license in Texas required.
• Strong leadership and time-management during weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Nursing Staff during weekend shifts.
• Oversee Medication Management and reorders.
• Implement and monitor Care Plans per physician orders.
• Provide Direct Care Support as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely physician communications.
• Lead shift reports and care coordination.
• Ensure infection control and safe work practices.
• Coordinate coverage for staffing shortages.
• Investigate incidents and document findings.
• Monitor lab orders and follow-up with providers.
