Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a weekend RN supervisor at Grapevine Medical Lodge in Grapevine, TX to oversee Nursing Services on Saturdays and Sundays and provide direct resident care.

Must have an RN license, a nursing degree, and at least two years in long-term care with supervisory experience preferred. Weekend shift, 8-hour schedule, and compliance with all regulatory standards are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or be a graduate of an RN program.
• RN license required.
• Two years of nursing experience in long-term care.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Weekend shift availability required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Nursing Services staff on weekends, ensuring performance aligns with current rules, regulations, and guidelines governing long-term care facilities.
• Ensure staff complies with the Nursing Services Procedures Manual.
• Ensure staff performs functions outlined in their job descriptions.
• Prepare written and oral reports/recommendations on shift activities as required.
• Coordinate with other resident services to maintain the resident's total regimen of care.
• Interpret department policies to staff, residents, visitors, and government agencies as required.
• Must clear the criminal background check and be in good standing with relevant authorities; not listed on exclusion lists.
• Other duties as assigned.
