Job summary

Riverdale Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to oversee the delivery of nursing care for residents and coordinate staff supervision on weekends on an every-other-weekend schedule. You will lead clinical activities, participate in interdisciplinary care planning with DON and Unit Manager, monitor QM/QI indicators, and supervise LPNs and CNAs to maintain high quality care.

This role requires strong communication, mentoring, and a commitment to patient safety,

Qualifications

• RN licensed in GA (required).
• Vaccinated against Covid-19 (required).
• Weekend availability and scheduling flexibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of nursing care to residents.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs on weekends.
• Assist DON and Unit Manager with staffing decisions and orientation.
• Lead interdisciplinary care plan meetings and ensure care plan accuracy.
• Prepare reports on QM/QI indicators and participate in quality improvement.
