Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Nursing Staff and delegate duties appropriately.
• Oversee Medication Management and coordinate reorders.
• Implement Care Plans according to company policy.
• Provide Direct Care Support to residents.
• Manage Documentation of assessments and physician orders.
• Participate in shift reports for staff communication.
• Enforce compliance with infection control procedures.
• Respond to staffing needs and coordinate coverage.
• Investigate incidents and complete reports.
• Monitor lab orders and results.
