Candidates should have a Nursing degree and at least 3 years of long-term care nursing experience, with 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• At least three (3) years of nursing experience in long-term care; two (2) years supervisory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of computers, including Internet, keyboard, and mouse navigation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing services staff during weekend shifts and ensure compliance with rules and guidelines.
• Provide direct nursing care to residents as needed and report on shift activities.
• Interpret and enforce the Nursing Services Procedures Manual and facility policies.
