Job summary

Highland Pines is seeking an experienced RN supervisor for our Longview, TX facility. This full-time role supports a Geriatrics unit with a schedule of 8AM-5PM on weekends.

You will lead nursing care, coordinate with other departments, and ensure timely medication administration and compliant documentation. We offer a benefits package and opportunities to impact resident outcomes in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction during shifts.
• Provide direct resident care and administer medications according to policy.
• Oversee nursing staff, manage shift logistics, and minimize overtime and agency use.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, reporting to leadership as required.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver timely, patient-centered care.
