Job summary

Pine Hill Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, a long-term care facility, seeks an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care. The role focuses on supervision, care planning, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Alabama required.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in long-term care or related setting.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor resident health and coordinate with providers to address medical concerns.
• Conduct regular staff performance assessments and provide feedback/coaching.
• Serve as liaison between residents, families and providers to ensure open communication.
• Perform other duties as needed.
