Focused Care at Mount Pleasant is seeking an RN Supervisor to assist in supervising nursing services under the Director of Nursing, ensuring a high standard of care for residents in Mount Pleasant, TX. The role involves rounds, staff guidance, and maintaining accurate electronic medical records to support optimal clinical outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a Texas-licensed RN with leadership experience and the ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team, including some weekends, evenings

Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse in Texas in good standing.
• Experience supervising nursing services and coordinating care.
• Ability to conduct rounds and educate staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing services under the Director of Nursing.
• Communicate with DON, MD, staff, and residents to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Conduct rounds and assist residents and staff as needed.
• Monitor electronic medical records and documentation.
• Educate staff on policies and processes.
• Support newly hired nursing staff.
• Work hours include some weekends, evenings and holidays.
