Job summary

Green Meadows Rehab and Nursing is hiring an RN Supervisor for Every Other Weekend to join our long-term care team in Malvern, PA. The role oversees nursing staff, ensures care plans are followed, and maintains high-quality patient care on evenings.

Starting pay is $45 per hour with shifts 7:00pm–7:00am every other weekend. We offer health benefits, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, daily pay, and wellness perks.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required.
• Previous supervisor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units.
• Oversee implementation of resident care plans.
• Conduct regular nursing unit rounds.
• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, complaints, and clinical updates.
• Promote a team‑oriented environment focused on quality and compliance.
• Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
