Wyndmoor Hills Healthcare & Rehab Center in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Part-Time RN for a Weekend Position. The selected candidate will provide dedicated nursing care, administer treatments, and document care plans to support resident wellbeing.

The RN must hold an active PA RN license and have at least two years of experience. This role offers benefits including PTO and health, dental, and vision insurance, with weekend scheduling.

Competenze

• Must have an active Certification as an RN in the state of PA.
• Minimum two years of experience required.

Mansioni

• Administering treatments and documentation
• Complete assessments to determine the resident's needs.
• Use health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis.
• Counsel patients' families in meeting nursing-related needs.
• All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
