Job summary

Accela Rehab and Care Center at Somerton in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead a nursing team and coordinate patient care on 12-hour shifts every other weekend (7a–7pm).

You will guide staff, ensure high-quality care, maintain regulatory compliance (HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid), and participate in ongoing education. The role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and patient education.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Pennsylvania RN license.

About The Role

You will work every other weekend, providing 12-hour shifts, and participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices.
