Job summary

Accela Rehab and Care Center at Somerton in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for every other weekend (7a–7p). You will lead a nursing team, develop and oversee patient care plans, and ensure quality care while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license.
• Ability to work every other weekend, with 12-hour shifts.
• Experience supervising a nursing staff and coordinating patient care plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality patient care
• Coordinate patient care activities, including developing and implementing patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including HIPAA and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to stay current with latest clinical practices
• Collaborate with inter-disciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide patient education and support to patients and their families
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records
