Chestnut Hill Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor for the Wyndmoor, PA location. This weekend role runs 7pm-7am on Saturdays and Sundays, leading a nursing team to deliver high-quality resident care.

The position includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Applicants should hold PA RN licensure with experience in long-term care or rehab, and possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills for a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of nursing professionals on weekends, ensuring residents receive exceptional care and support

• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure needs are met and services are effective
• Develop and maintain effective communication with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuous care
• Monitor and manage the flow of patient care, ensuring it is efficient and effective
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance care and services
• Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration
