Lawrenceville Health and Rehabiliation is seeking a Weekend Shift Nursing Supervisor (RN) to lead the evening nursing team on the 7:00 PM – 3:00 PM shift, ensuring high-quality resident care and seamless operations.

You will coordinate with families, physicians, and the care team, respond to emergencies, and mentor staff during off-hours to maintain clinical excellence and a supportive care environment.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in VA.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience (SNF preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Calm under pressure with confident decision-making.
• Passion for elder care and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing staff during the evening shift.
