Huebner Creek Health is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality resident care. This role requires strong leadership, reliable attendance, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

You will oversee medication management, care plan implementation, documentation, and shift communications while maintaining compliance and coordinating staffing as needed.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Texas required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent documentation and assessment skills.
• Calm under pressure and capable of handling emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Nursing Staff: assign and delegate duties.
• Oversee Medication Management: monitor administration and reorders.
• Implement Care Plans: ensure adherence to policies and physician orders.
• Provide Direct Care Support: supervise treatments and staff nurse when needed.
• Manage Documentation: transcribe orders and maintain records.
• Lead Shift Communication: participate in shift reports; inform staff of needs.
• Ensure Compliance: enforce infection control and safe practices.
• Respond to Staffing Needs: coordinate coverage.
• Oversee Incidents: investigate variances and complete reports.
• Manage Lab Work: monitor orders and physician follow-up.
