Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in Texas required.
• 1+ year of RN experience preferred; psychiatric/recovery setting preferred.
• Leadership experience such as charge RN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing operations and staffing for the facility.
• Ensure adequate staffing and patient safety across units.
• Coordinate physician orders and nursing assessments; document care.
• Mentor staff and ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead admissions and discharges and communicate changes to physicians.
