Job summary

Fundamental is seeking a Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor to lead nursing staff and oversee patient care on Saturdays and Sundays (7a–7p). This part-time role supports compassionate, high-quality care.

You must be a licensed RN in good standing, have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, CPR certification, and reliable transportation. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible new hires starting by July 31, 2026.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state.
• Must have 1+ years of supervisory experience in nursing.
• CPR certification is required.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise licensed nurses and CNAs on assigned shift while delivering nursing care to patients requiring care.
• Collect patient data, make observations, and report pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Work under direct supervision using the Nurse Practice Act, Company Standards, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
