Job summary

Rose View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Williamsport, PA is hiring Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisors for the 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM overnight shift. The center offers full-time, part-time, and weekend-only opportunities.

As an RN Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership, supervise the nursing team, ensure safe, high-quality care, monitor residents, and collaborate with physicians and families. Prior supervisory experience and PA RN licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license in good standing.
• Previous RN supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, or Subacute Care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
• Dependable and committed to providing exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond to clinical concerns.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nurses and CNAs.
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and provide hands-on clinical support when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Complete required clinical and supervisory documentation accurately and timely.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and resident-centered environment.

What You’ll Do
