Job summary

Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Schuylkill Haven, PA is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for night shifts to lead a team of RNs, LPNs and CNAs and ensure high‑quality patient care.

You will mentor staff, develop care plans, perform assessments, participate in quality improvement, and communicate clearly with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work with diverse teams.
• Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking; ability to prioritize patient care and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and supervision to a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients under supervision.
• Conduct nursing assessments, identify areas of improvement, and recommend changes to care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff; provide guidance and support to new employees.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and monitor patient satisfaction and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records, including patient charts and shift reports.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Night Shift to join our team at Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a 142-bed facility located in Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania. As a Night Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, leading by example, and mentoring our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

RN Registered Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and supervision to a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants

• Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize patient care and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work evening shifts, including nights and weekends
