Job summary

A.G. Rhodes Cobb in Marietta, GA is seeking an RN for a 7pm-7am night shift every other weekend. This role requires an active GA RN license and 2 years of LTC experience, including supervisory responsibilities.

A sign-on bonus of $2,000 is offered along with strong benefits and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will lead a care team of RN, LPN and CNA partners, ensure high-quality resident care, and maintain compliant documentation using electronic health records.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing in Georgia
• 2 years of experience in LTC/skilled nursing community
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and foster teamwork with RN, LPN and CNA care partners
• Good documentation with electronic charts (PointClickCare preferred)
• Strong organization and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in the long-term care setting
• Lead and coordinate care with RN, LPN and CNA partners
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
• Ensure safety, quality of care and compliance with standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to meet resident needs
