Job summary
A.G. Rhodes in Marietta, GA is seeking a Part-time RN Weekend Supervisor to lead nursing operations on evenings and weekends.
This role requires an active Georgia RN license and a commitment to compassionate elder care. You will supervise a team of RN, LPN and CNA care partners, ensure accurate documentation (PointClickCare preferred), and maintain safety, quality, and resident well-being during 7pm–7am shifts every other weekend.
Qualifications
- Current RN License in good standing, Georgia or Multistate license required.
- 2 years of experience in LTC/skilled nursing community.
- 1 year of Supervisory/Management experience.
- Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong team work and leadership skills.
- Ability to lead and foster teamwork with RN, LPN and CNA care partners.
- Good documentation skills; PointClickCare experience preferred.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend nursing operations 7pm-7am every other weekend.
- Ensure resident care quality and regulatory compliance.
- Lead RN, LPN and CNA care partners and coordinate shifts.
