Job summary

East Cobb Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking an RN Supervisor for the 11PM-7AM shift to lead the nursing administrative team and ensure high-quality resident care.

The role requires an active RN license in Georgia with rehab/short stay experience; LTC exposure is a plus. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the State of Georgia.
• Rehab/Short Stay experience preferred.
• Infection control/LTC experience is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess needs to provide the best nursing care.
• Observe and interpret Residents symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure, injections, etc.) and fill in charts.
• Adjust and administer patient’s medications according to physician orders.

11PM-7AM RN Supervisor Job Summary:

We are seeking a Supervisor (RN) to care for our Residents. The candidate will be part of the professional Nursing Administrative Team. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care. The goal is to promote the patient’s well-being by providing high-quality nursing care.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
• Observe and interpret Residents symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
