Job summary

A.G. Rhodes in Marietta, GA is seeking a Part-time RN Weekend Supervisor to lead nursing operations on evenings and weekends.

This role requires an active Georgia RN license and a commitment to compassionate elder care. You will supervise a team of RN, LPN and CNA care partners, ensure accurate documentation (PointClickCare preferred), and maintain safety, quality, and resident well-being during 7pm–7am shifts every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Current RN License in good standing, Georgia or Multistate license required.
• 2 years of experience in LTC/skilled nursing community.
• 1 year of Supervisory/Management experience.
• Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong team work and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead and foster teamwork with RN, LPN and CNA care partners.
• Good documentation skills; PointClickCare experience preferred.
• Strong organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekend nursing operations 7pm-7am every other weekend.
• Ensure resident care quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead RN, LPN and CNA care partners and coordinate shifts.

RN Weekend Supervisor qualifications include:

• Current RN License in good standing, Georgia or Multistate license required
