Job requirements for Full-time ( RN ) Nursing Supervisor position:

Current nursing license
Minimum of 1 year experience Supervising in LTC/skilled nursing community
3 years experience working
Experience working in an Eden Alternative community preferred
CPR/First Aid Certification
Genuine passion for working with elders
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to lead clinical team and foster team work with RN, LPN and CNA care partners
Superb documentation skills/PCC experience
Strong organization and time management skills
