Job summary

Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Shane Hill is seeking a Registered Nurse for FT or PT Weekend Warrior roles, 7p–7a. The team delivers high-quality care in a home-like setting with strong HIPAA compliance and supportive leadership.

The ideal candidate has RN licensure in Ohio and prior experience in clinical nursing, with strong assessment, documentation, and collaborative communication skills. Comprehensive benefits and premium pay are offered for weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Pervious experience as an RN preferred.
• 1 year of experience as RN preferred.
• Ability to read/write/comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely administration and distribution of all medications to assigned residents within facility.
• Administer and document direct resident care, medications and treatments per physicians orders and document all care provided.
• Obtain report from and provide report to nurse being relieved and relay information for follow-up action.
• Assess and document comprehensive assessment of residents as assigned.
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans based on residents’ needs and assessments.
• Identify resident problems and emergency situations and initiate emergency care.
• Provide supervision to Nursing Assistants providing direct resident care.
• Counsel Nursing Assistants and recommend disciplinary action when necessary.
• Participate in employee evaluation process by providing information on performance of Nursing Assistants.
• Report changes in residents’ conditions to physician and responsible party and take follow-up action.
