Provide individualized nursing care to assigned patients, focusing on their unique needs and goals
Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Monitor patients' conditions, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Participate in on-call rotation and respond to patient emergencies as needed
Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
Competitive salary $40-44 hr + Weekend Warrior Differential $5.00
