Job summary

Lincoln Crawford Care Center in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Weekend Warrior Registered Nurse (RN) for the day shift (7am–7pm). The role focuses on safe, compassionate care and clinical leadership during weekend operations, in a high-energy long-term care setting.

Ideal candidates will have an accredited nursing degree, current Ohio RN license, CPR certification, and prior long-term care experience. Weekend premium pay and competitive RN wages are offered with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, active Ohio RN license or compact/multi-state license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care including assessments, medications, treatments, and wound care.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to the team and physicians.
• Supervise aides and support staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Collaborate with therapists and physicians to implement individualized care plans.
• Communicate with residents and families about progress and care needs.
