Job summary

Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Shane Hill is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time or part-time weekend shift (7p–7a). The role includes premium pay, major medical benefits, PTO, 401K, referral bonuses, and shift differential pay.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program. BSN preferred.
• 1 year of experience as a RN preferred.
• Valid Ohio RN license; CPR certification required.
• Ability to read/write English; communicate verbally and non-verbally.

Responsibilities

• Administer and document medications per physician orders.
• Provide and coordinate direct resident care and treatments.
• Document resident progress notes and care plans.
• Assess residents and develop care plans based on assessments.
• Supervise STNA and Restorative Aides as assigned.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in all duties.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in training.
