Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board.
• American Heart Association BLS is required prior to start date.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Experience as an RN in a healthcare environment.
• Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft application basic proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Protects, promotes, and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of the RN licensure.
• Collaborates with Providers and multidisciplinary care team for care coordination across the continuum.
• Assesses physical symptoms and provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families.
• Mentors assigned team members and maintains professional disposition.
• Will be scheduled to work 11 out of every 12 weekends in a 24/7 hospital setting.
