Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing in Illinois or Michigan.
• Current American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS is required prior to start date of employment.
• Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft applications basic proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Protects, promotes, and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of RN licensure.
• Provides care coordination across the continuum in collaboration with the care team.
• Assesses physical symptoms, provides psychological support to patients, families, and mentors assigned team members.
