Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to protect, promote, and restore health by collaborating with Providers and a multidisciplinary care team to deliver coordinated care across the continuum.

The RN Hospital Inpatient/ED operates 24/7 and requires working 11 of 12 weekends. Current IL or MI RN licensure and BLS are required; BSN is preferred, with EMR and Microsoft Office proficiency as assets.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing (Illinois or Michigan).
• BLS certification required prior to start date.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Protects, promotes, and restores health through care coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Assess and support physical symptoms and provide psychological support to patients and families.
• Mentor assigned teammates and maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Will be scheduled to work 11 out of every 12 weekends.
