Job summary

OSF HealthCare Saint Anthony Medical Center in Rockford, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for an 11/12 weekend program inpatient/ED role. The position is hourly with a weekend premium and night differential, and requires RN licensure plus AHA HealthCare Provider BLS.

The RN will collaborate with providers and a multidisciplinary care team to deliver 24/7 hospital care, coordinate across the continuum, and support patients and families in managing symptoms and well-being.

Qualifications

• Licenses/Certifications: RN-Registered Nurse American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS.
• EMR and Microsoft Office basic proficiency.
• BSN preferred.
• Experience as an RN in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Pay range for this position is $39.34 - $52.16/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an Hourly position.

Plus 40% premium for weekend program on top of base rate for all hours worked between 7pm Friday and 7:30am Monday.

Overview

POSITION SUMMARY: Protects, promotes, and restores health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of the Registered Nurse licensure, collaborating with Providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum. Assesses and supports physical symptoms, provides psychological support to patients, friends, and families, mentors assigned team members, promotes best practices and maintains professional disposition at all times. Will be scheduled and required to work 11 out of every 12 weekends. The RN Hospital Inpatient/ED operates in units that provide 24/7 care in the hospital.
