Job summary

Jefferson Health seeks an experienced registered nurse for a patient‑centered care role at Lansdale Hospital. You will develop and execute individualized nursing plans with patients and families, collaborating with inter‑professional teams to ensure culturally respectful care.

Responsibilities include education, discharge planning, and continuous quality improvement while delivering compassionate, safe care on a Weekend Day shift at the Lansdale PA location.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma required from an accredited nursing program.
• PA RN license required; license in good standing.
• BSN or higher preferred within 3 years of hire.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and cultural competency.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Knowledge of discharge planning and post-discharge needs.
• Familiarity with documentation and health information systems.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with patients and families to deliver compassionate, individualized care.
• Collaborates with healthcare teams to develop and update nursing care plans.
• Uses information technology to monitor care processes and outcomes.
