Job summary

Jefferson Health in Lansdale seeks a dedicated registered nurse to deliver patient- and family-centered care. You will apply the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care, partnering with patients and families to honor their cultural beliefs and preferences.

In this role you will educate patients, coordinate with care teams, and participate in safety and quality initiatives. An active RN license and BLS are required, with BSN preferred within three years of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Specialized Diploma) required.
• Current RN license in state of practice (PA or NJ as applicable).
• BSN or higher degree within 3 years of hire strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient- and family-centered care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with inter-professional teams to deliver safe, effective care.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and post-discharge needs.
• Participate in safety, quality improvement, and discharge planning.
