Responsibilities include education, safety-focused care delivery, and active participation in quality improvement and committee work. Requires Specialized Diploma/BSN and PA RN licensure, with preferred 1 year acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice and collaboration with care partners.
• Cultural awareness and effective communication with diverse patients and families.
• Understanding of discharge planning and health information documentation.
• RN - Licensed Registered Nurse in PA.
