Job summary

Hagerstown Nursing and Rehab is seeking an RN Nursing Supervisor to lead the nursing team, ensure staffing levels, and maintain high-quality resident care. The role requires supervising staff, communicating with other departments, and ensuring policy adherence.

Responsibilities include scheduling, staff training, performance reviews, and maintaining accurate resident documentation. Weekend supervision shifts are available, with emphasis on leadership and team development.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current license as an RN or LPN in the state where the center is located.
• Previous Long Term Care nursing experience required.
• Previous supervisory/management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sufficient nursing staffing levels to deliver quality resident care.
• Assist in orientation and training of new employees and ongoing training.
• Develop and communicate shift assignments for nursing staff and monitor performance.
