Job summary

Success Education Colleges seeks Adjunct RN (Med-Surg) Clinical Instructors for Saturday and Sunday shifts at the MFSON Bakersfield campus. Part-time role requires BRN approval and adherence to nursing education standards.

Faculty will deliver theory and clinical instruction, supervise students, and integrate the Nursing Process and QSEN into practice. Competitive hourly pay with weekend availability is offered.

Qualifications

Current RN license valid in California.
BLS required; ACLS/PALS as needed.
Minimum nursing experience; BRN requirements met.

Responsibilities

Direct patient care as assigned in Med-Surg settings.
Deliver instruction and supervise students during clinicals.
Support nursing education with assessments and feedback.
