Qualifications

• Current license as a Registered Nurse to practice in California (BRN approved).
• Direct patient care experience in nursing within the past five years.
• Instructors must meet BRN requirements and be approved by BRN.

Responsibilities

• Instruct clinical sessions (theory and clinical) for nursing students.
• Incorporate Watson’s Theory of Caring and QSEN into curriculum.
• Mentor students and assess clinical competencies.
• Collaborate with nursing department to ensure quality education.
