Qualifications

• California RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS & PALS as required by unit.
• BSN or MSN for Instructor level; BSN or higher for assistant instructor level.
• Two years of nursing experience; leadership/teaching ability beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care in designated nursing area.
• Teach and supervise nursing students in theory and clinical settings.
• Coordinate with BRN, Nursing Department, and QSEN initiatives.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback and mentorship.
