Job summary

Qualifications

• ADN required and licensure as a Registered Nurse in Alabama.
• Must possess American Heart Association BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and/or PALS certification may be required depending on the nursing unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, goal-directed, patient-centered nursing care.
• Assess patients upon admission; plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications and evaluate/document patient status and progress.
• Supervise LPNs, Patient Care Techs, and other team members as assigned.
