Job summary

UAB Medical West Hospital in McCalla, AL is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized, goal-directed, patient-centered nursing care. The RN will assess patients on admission, plan, implement, and evaluate care, administer medications, and document status and progress.

A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered. ADN required; RN license by the Alabama Board of Nursing; BLS certification or within 30 days; ACLS/PALS may be required depending on unit.

Qualifications

• ADN from an accredited institution is required.
• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
• Must possess American Heart Association BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and/or PALS certification may be required depending on the nursing unit.
