Job summary

Medical West Hospital Authority in McCalla, AL is seeking an RN for the 9-MEDSURG unit on an every-other-weekend schedule.

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, educate patients and families, and work with a multidisciplinary team. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in Alabama.
• BSN or equivalent nursing degree.
• BLS certification (must obtain within 30 days of hire).
• EHR systems experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs.

About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or must obtain within 30 days of hire.
