Complete Care is seeking a Part-Time Weekend RN/LPN Supervisor to lead the weekend 2nd shift, coordinate resident care, and ensure adherence to clinical standards. The role emphasizes collaboration with facility leadership and ongoing staff education.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN or LPN license, has supervisory experience in long-term care, and demonstrates strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN licensure in good standing.
• Prior supervisory experience in long-term care or similar setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Resident care coordination and individualized care planning.
• Oversee weekend 2nd shift nursing staff and ensure compliance with standards.
• Conduct unit rounds and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Educate staff, residents, and families on care plans.
• Collaborate with facility leadership and DON/ADON.
