Complete Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our weekend leadership team. This part-time/per diem role covers 2nd and 3rd shifts, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey RN license.
• Point Click Care (PCC) experience required.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Supervise nursing staff and provide leadership throughout the shift.
• Ensure proper medication administration and quality resident care.
• Conduct multiple nursing rounds throughout each shift.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and address changes appropriately.
• Provide education, guidance, and support to nursing staff.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
