Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our weekend team. This weekend leadership role offers part-time or per diem opportunities with 2nd and 3rd shift coverage.

You will lead the nursing team, ensure safe, high-quality resident care, and maintain regulatory compliance across weekends. We value a compassionate, collaborative approach and provide a supportive leadership environment.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Active New Jersey RN license (unencumbered).
• Point Click Care (PCC) experience required.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and provide leadership throughout the shift.
• Ensure proper medication administration and quality resident care.
• Conduct multiple nursing rounds throughout each shift.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and address changes appropriately.
• Provide education, guidance, and support to nursing staff.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
