Job summary

Complete Care is immediately hiring an RN/LPN Weekend Supervisor to lead weekend staff in a 12-hour shift (7AM–7PM, every other weekend). The role focuses on supervising CNAs, LPNs, and RNs while ensuring high-quality patient care and smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate holds an active NJ RN license with extensive leadership and nurse supervisory experience in a long-term care setting, plus PCC familiarity.

Qualifications

• Active NJ RN license and extensive leadership experience.
• Must have nurse supervisory experience in a long-term care facility.
• PCC experience is required.
• Strong communicator and problem-solver.
• Dedicated, hardworking with excellent work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities
