Job summary

RegalCare at Courtyard at Medford is seeking an experienced RN/LPN Weekend Supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities during weekend tours of duty, ensuring care in line with federal, state, and local standards.

In this role you will help direct nursing staff, update policies, maintain reference materials, and report to the Director of Nursing Services, contributing to a high-quality care environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications

Active nursing licenses (RN and/or LPN) in good standing.
Experience supervising nursing staff and coordinating weekend coverage.
Familiarity with applicable federal/state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

Direct day-to-day nursing activities during weekend tours of duty.
Ensure compliance with current rules, regulations, and standards.
Update policies and procedures for the nursing service department.
Maintain current reference materials and Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
Provide written/oral reports and recommendations to the Director of Nursing Services.
Ensure staff adhere to job descriptions and participate in QA activities.
Assist surveys and inspections by government agencies as needed.
