About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of LPNs and RNs and CNAs to provide exceptional patient care on weekends
• Conduct regular rounds to ensure that all patients are receiving the highest level of care
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement facility-wide policies and procedures
• Provide guidance and support to employees to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed
• Monitor and address any concerns or issues that may arise during your shift

Requirements:
