RegalCare at Courtyard in Medford, MA is seeking an RN/LPN Weekend Supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities during your tour of duty. You will ensure adherence to federal, state, and local standards and collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services to maintain high quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN licensure in good standing.
• Previous supervision experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Familiarity with federal and state regulations governing nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty.
• Develop, maintain and update written policies and procedures for the nursing service.
• Ensure reference materials (PDRs/regulations) at nurses stations are current.
